Highways and Transport Panel,

I have continued to liaise with

Highways Officers plans to switch
to “part-night” lighting.
It looks as if Leggatts/Callowland
and Park/Nascot will be the first
divisions to switch to “lights-off”
from midnight to 6.00am in about
2 or 3-weeks’ time.
